My actual stats are :

Strength: 4307
Attack Power: 9039
Crit: 18.04 %
Haste: 544
Expertise: 795 (26 Hit cap)
Hit: 1377 (14.3% - min is 8% hit cap 27%)
MAstery 1235 - 8.89

Stats Priorty: hit 8%>26exp>crit>hit 27%>mastery>haste
Note:Coz of the gear available you will never be able to hit 27% so the objective is really to have as much crit and balancing out with hit so you can reach the 10%miss mark. If having 22 crit means having a lot of miss its better to have 20% and miss a lot less coz of the increase of white hits by 40%.

Reforge is a must
Haste --> Expertise/Crit
Mastery --> Crit/Hit

This is from Maxdps its pretty straight forward.

Rotation Priority - Boss greater than 20% health
1) Heroic Strike only as a rage dump when rage above 50
2) Colossus
3) Berserker Rage if not already enraged
4) Raging Blow can only used when enraged
5) Bloodthirst
6) Slam (On Bloodsurge Proc)
Boss less than 20% health
1) Colossus
2) Execute spam!

Multiple targets: +4
1)Cleave
2)Whirlwind
3) Spam Bloodthirst if you have less then 30 rage instead of cleave and back to 2)
4) Spam " "" " if you have more them 60 rage
