Things you can do before Cataclysm:

Roll a Troll druid.
Go do the new and improved starter zones (Troll/Undead).
Go Farm Goblin rep for the new mounts.
Go get that very sexy pet from Plants Vs Zombies (In Hillsbrad).
Farm some Argent Crusade items for BoA gear (As buying them is too expensive).
Cap you Justice points at 4000.
Cap your Honor points at 4000 (If you go over you earn gold).
Collect mats to power level your Proffesions for the first couple of levels.
Go get 25 quests ready to hand in.
Vendor anything you wont use that you havn't sold already (Note some stuff will sell a few weeks later, when all those Goblin Tailors and Troll leather Workers need your mats).
